The ground rules for using Apna Bhadagadi

By creating an account, downloading, or using the Apna Bhadagadi app or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Service.

Apna Bhadagadi is a trip marketplace platform that allows drivers to list their vehicle and availability, and allows customers or other drivers to post trip requirements. The Service helps both sides discover and connect with each other.

Apna Bhadagadi is not a transportation carrier. We do not own, operate, or control any vehicle listed on the platform, and we are not a party to any trip arrangement made between users. All trips are arranged, agreed upon, and carried out directly between the driver and the customer or driver who posted the requirement.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one active account without our permission.

If you list your vehicle and availability as a driver, you agree that you will:

• Hold a valid driving license and all required vehicle registration, insurance and permit documents.
• Only list vehicles you are legally permitted to operate and offer for trips.
• Comply with all applicable local, state and national transport and safety laws.
• Provide accurate information about your vehicle, route and availability.
• Conduct trips safely and treat customers and fellow drivers respectfully.

If you post a trip requirement as a customer or a driver, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate trip details, including route, timing and vehicle needs.
• Verify a driver's identity and documents to your own satisfaction before travelling.
• Communicate and negotiate trip terms directly and honestly with the driver.
• Behave respectfully and safely throughout the arranged trip.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent listings, requirements, or documents.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including unlicensed commercial transport where prohibited.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security or functionality of the Service.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse data from the platform outside of normal app use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

Creating an account and posting or browsing listings is currently free. Should Apna Bhadagadi introduce optional paid features or service fees in the future, the applicable charges will always be clearly displayed in the app before you agree to pay. Any payment or fare negotiated directly between a driver and customer for a trip is strictly between those parties - Apna Bhadagadi is not involved in, and does not process, trip payments.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that listings, requirements, or user information posted by others are accurate, complete, or that a match or trip will result from using the Service. We don't verify every driver's documents or every customer's identity, and we encourage all users to exercise reasonable caution and judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apna Bhadagadi and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss, injury, or dispute arising from a trip arranged between users, including issues relating to vehicle safety, conduct of drivers or customers, delays, or payment disputes. The Service is a listing and matching platform only - responsibility for the trip itself rests with the users who arrange it.

You agree to indemnify and hold Apna Bhadagadi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your interactions and trips arranged with other users.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time - see our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. We'll indicate the latest revision date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
