Delete your Apna Bhadagadi account
You can delete your account and data directly from the app, or submit a request below - no need to reinstall the app to do it.

Option 1 - Delete from within the app
Open the app
Launch Apna Bhadagadi and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Account settings
Tap your profile, then go to Settings → Account.
Choose Delete Account
Select "Delete Account", confirm your choice, and your account will be deactivated immediately.
Data is removed
Your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems, per the schedule below.
Option 2 - Request deletion from the web
Don't have the app installed anymore? Submit a request here and our support team will delete your account and data on your behalf.
What gets deleted
Once your deletion request is confirmed, the following are permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Profile photo and account credentials
- Vehicle and driving license details (for driver accounts)
- All trip listings and requirements you've posted
- Messages and communication history within the app
- Saved preferences and app activity history
What we may retain, and why
A small amount of information may be retained only where necessary:
- Records we're legally required to keep for tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance
- Information needed to resolve any open disputes, complaints, or fraud investigations at the time of deletion
- Aggregated, de-identified data that no longer identifies you, used for analytics
